Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, send an email to info@re-label.store to register the return within 14 days after delivery of your order. You will receive a full-refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as RE-LABEL STORE cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

As every item is one of a kind, the materials may vary from piece to piece. At RE-LABEL, however, we carefully source only high-quality garments, and most of our blazers are made from wool, linen, or other breathable fabrics. The specific fabric composition for each item is listed on its product page.

We do our best to ship your order within 1 business day. You will see an estimated delivery date at check-out. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. If you bought your item through Shop, you will receive track and trace information provided through their platform.

All tailoring is done in Geleen, The Netherlands. This is also the location that your order is shipped from. Vintage product sourcing is done mostly in The Netherlands, Belgium or other European countries.

We offer a wide range of payment options including Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit cards. For local payment options such as iDEAL, Wero, Bancontact you can choose the "Buy with shop" option at check-out.

We offer free shipping to delivery addresses in the Netherlands. If the delivery address is in any other EU country, we offer shipping at a flat rate of €10.
